Absolutely. We use 5-layer premium packing — bubble wrap, foam sheets, corrugated rolls, stretch film and double-wall cartons. Fragile items get custom crating. All materials are included in your quote.

Yes. All Premium and Luxe consignments carry a GPS tracker. You get a live tracking link on WhatsApp from dispatch to delivery, plus check-in calls from your move manager.

Yes. Beds, wardrobes, dining tables and modular units are dismantled at pickup and reassembled at your new home by trained carpenters — included in Premium and Luxe plans.

Fragile items get individual custom cartons with foam corners, bubble wrap and 'fragile' markings. TVs and mirrors are moved in flat, padded crates. We photograph each item before packing for your records.

Yes. Our CCTV-monitored, climate-controlled warehouse offers short-term (1-30 days) and long-term storage. Ideal for interior renovations, possession delays or interstate transitions.

Never. Our quotes include labour, materials, transport, tolls, GST and standard insurance. The only extras are optional add-ons you choose — storage, deep cleaning, extra floor charges beyond quoted floors.

UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking, RTGS/NEFT and cash. We take a 20% advance to confirm the booking, and the balance on delivery. Corporate clients get 30-day invoicing.
